Program Details:

DAY 1 : FEZ - IFRANE - AZROU - ERFOUD - MERZOUGA.

“At 8 am, we will pick you up from your hotel and begin our journey to Merzouga, crossing the beautiful Middle Atlas mountain range, which stretches for 350 kilometers from southwest to northwest. Along the way, we will pass through charming cities such as Ifrane, often called the “Moroccan Switzerland” due to its unique architecture, and Azrou, one of the most famous Berber cities in Morocco. We will also cross the Ziz valley and its stunning gorges, and pass through cities such as Midelt and Erfoud. Once we reach Erfoud, we will take a desert track to Merzouga. We will spend the night in a hotel located near the entrance of the dese

DAY 2 : ENJOYING THE MERZOUGA DESERT.

On the second day, our focus will be on exploring the most breathtaking part of the Eastern Sahara. We’ll hop in a 4X4 and venture into the desert to visit nomadic villages, see oases, and traverse the stunning dunes of Erg Chebbi. After our desert journey, we’ll visit the renowned village of Khamlia, where the gnawa reside. The gnawa are descendants of African slaves who arrived in Morocco, and we’ll have the opportunity to appreciate their incredible folk music. As the sun sets, we’ll head back to the hotel to ride camels to the Berber camp located in the heart of the dunes. Here, we’ll have dinner and spend the night.

DAY 3 : RISSANI - VALLE DEL ZIZ - MIDDLE ATLAS - FEZ.

“On the last day, we will witness an unforgettable sight – the sunrise in the desert. After this breathtaking experience, we will ride camels back to the hotel, where we will enjoy breakfast and have the opportunity to freshen up with a shower. On our journey back to Fez, we will pass through Tafilalt, Rissani (the birthplace of the Alauí dynasty and former capital of the Alaoui sultans), Azrou, and Ifrane. In Azrou National Park, we will make a stop at the Monkey Forest, where you can observe and even feed these playful primates. Finally, we will arrive in Fez and transfer you to your hotel, marking the end of our service.”
