Embark on a 4-day desert adventure from Marrakech to Fez, traversing the mesmerizing Merzouga desert and uncovering the stunning kasbahs and other attractions of southeastern Morocco. Along the way, we’ll visit iconic destinations like the Kasbah Ben Haddou and film studios in Ouarzazate, explore the breathtaking gorges of Dades and Toudra, and spend a night under a traditional Berber tent at a desert camp. Program Details:

DAY 1 : MARRAKECH - TELOUET - AIT BEN HADDOU - OUARZAZATE.

Following breakfast at the Riad, we’ll set off on our journey towards the southern regions, crossing the imposing High Atlas Mountains, also known as Tizin Tichka, which reach a height of 2260 meters. Along the way, we’ll have the opportunity to explore the charming village of Ouarzazate and marvel at the stunning Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou. We’ll conclude the day with a delicious dinner and a comfortable stay at a Riad in Ouarzazate.

DAY 2 : OUARZAZATE - DADES GORGES - TODRA VALLEY - DESERT OF MERZOUGA

Following breakfast, we’ll make our way to the stunning Ouzina desert and explore the picturesque palm grove and the breathtaking Toldra Gorge. Along the way, we’ll pass through charming Berber and Arab cities like Erfoud before reaching our final destination. We’ll spend the night at the unforgettable Kasbah Riad Porte du Sahara, where we’ll enjoy a delicious dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.

DAY 3 : EXPLORING MERZOUGA AREA

Today, we’ll have a free day to relish the tranquility of the desert and explore the charming city of Ouzina and its surrounding areas. As an added bonus, you’ll have the opportunity to take a ride with the Quads that will be at your disposal, giving you the chance to experience the rugged landscape in a new and exciting way. In the afternoon, we’ll set off on an excursion to witness the stunning sunset in the middle of the Erg Ouzina dunes, followed by a delightful Berber musical evening under a canopy of stars and moonlight. We’ll then retire for the night in comfortable Haima tents, enjoying a hearty dinner and a peaceful overnight stay.

DAY 4 : MERZOUGA - RISSANI - AZROU - FEZ

After enjoying a delicious breakfast, we’ll embark on a camel trek back to the hotel at the dune line, where you can freshen up with a quick shower before we begin our journey to Fes. Along the way, we’ll stop to take in the breathtaking panoramic views of the Ziz valley before crossing back over the High Atlas mountains. We’ll pause for a delightful lunch in the charming town of Midelt, then continue on through Azrou and Ifrane, where we’ll explore the massive cedar wood forest and meet its playful monkey inhabitants. Our adventure will then take us to the fabled city of Fes, where we’ll conclude our unforgettable tour.
