Program Details:

DAY 1 : CASABLANCA

Upon arrival at Casablanca airport, you will be transferred to your hotel where you will enjoy a comfortable overnight stay with breakfast included

DAY 2 : CASABLANCA – FEZ

The tour begins with a visit to the renowned Hassan II Mosque, followed by departure to Rabat where you will explore the city and its famous monuments, including the Alcazaba de los Oudaias, the mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Hassan Tower. Afterwards, you will head to Meknes, passing through the beautiful Mamora forest. Upon arrival, you will discover the city’s rich history and its peak during the reign of Sultan Mulay Ismail. You will also have the opportunity to explore the nearby ruins of the Roman city of Volubilis and the holy city of Moulay Idriss. The tour then continues to Fez.

DAY 3 : FULL DAY CITY TOUR OF FEZ WITH LOCAL GUIDE

DAY 4 : FES – IFRANE – AZROU – MIDELT – MERZOUGA

Our journey to Merzouga will begin promptly at 8 am when we pick you up from your hotel. We’ll be crossing the Middle Atlas, a magnificent 350-kilometer mountain range that stretches from southwest to northwest. Along the way, we’ll pass through several cities, including Ifrane, which is known as the “Moroccan Switzerland” because of its beautiful architecture, and Azrou, one of Morocco’s most famous Berber cities. We’ll also traverse the picturesque valley and gorges of Ziz and pass through towns such as Midelt and Erfoud. From Erfoud, we’ll take a desert track to reach Merzouga. We’ll spend the night at a hotel situated near the entrance of the desert.

DAY 5 : ENJOYING THE MERZOUGA DESERT.

On the second day, we will devote to enjoying the most spectacular part of the Eastern Sahara. We will enter the desert in 4X4, visit nomadic villages, see oases and cross the dunes of Erg Chebbi. After the road, we will visit the famous village of Khamlia where are the gnawa. The descendants of the slaves arrived from Africa and we will appreciate their amazing folk music. At dusk, we will return to the hotel to take the camels that will take us to the Berber camp in the heart of the dunes, where we will dine and spend the night.

DAY 6 : MERZOUGA - RISSANI – TOUDRA GORGES - DADES GORGES

After breakfast, we’ll continue our journey towards Boulmane Dades, where we’ll visit the stunning Gorges du Dades. Our first stop will be Rissani, the capital of the Tafilalet region, where we’ll explore the animal market and the souk. We’ll then travel through the picturesque Ziz Valley before arriving at Erfoud, where we’ll visit a fossil quarry and witness how they’re transformed into exquisite works of art such as tables, washbasins, and other beautiful pieces. Our next destination will be the Gorges of Dades, where we’ll spend the night at a hotel. You’ll enjoy a delicious dinner before retiring for the night.

DAY 7 : DADES GORGES – OUARZAZATE KASBAHS – AIT BEN HADDOU – MARRAKECH

In the morning, we will go to the famous Dades gorges. In our tour, we will see landscapes of singular beauty, where a series of oases of greenery are fed by the river Dades. The valley narrows gradually to give way to a thick series of limestone blocks with vertiginous walls “Dadès Gorges” a pleasure for the eyes. We will continue by road and about 12 km. we will go by track, we will exceed the mountain of Amgoun, the valley of the roses and the palm grove of Skoura with its kasbahs. Arrived in the afternoon in Marrakech and transfer to the hotel.

DAY 8 : MARRAKECH GUIDED CITY TOUR

Following breakfast, we’ll explore the city, which is home to many architectural and cultural treasures, as well as the renowned Jemaa el Fna Square. This exotic and bustling square, located at the entrance of the Medina, has been designated as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. In the evening, we’ll return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

DAY 9 : MARRAKECH – MARRAKECH OR MARRAKECH – CASABLANCA AIRPORT

At the designated time, we’ll make our way to the airport, marking the end of our journey together.
